DETROIT – The winner of the 2012 Battle of the Bands for America's Thanksgiving Parade is the Marysville Viking Regiment from Marysville High School.
This year was the band's fourth appearance in the parade. It has 182 members and is directed by Dennis Duso.

The band has been ranked in the top 10 in the state of Michigan.
They'll be getting a special trophy from The Parade Company and Local 4.
In addition, "Birthday Cake" won the contest for favorite float choreographed team.
