Courser, Gamrat aides sue Michigan House for wrongful termination

LANSING, Mich. –

There is more legal fallout from Todd Courser and Cindy Gamrat's scandal which lead to their departure from the Michigan legislature.

Courser quit and Gamrat was expelled after a sex scandal and cover-up. Now former aides Keith Allard and Ben Graham say they were wrongfully terminated after sharing information with Michigan House leaders. They are suing the House for wrongful termination.

House Speaker Kevin Cotter said the suit is wholly without merit. He said the two men were removed from their jobs for being "substandard."
