STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. - Fire crews are working to put out a fire at a metal coating factory in Sterling Heights.

Fire Chief Chris Martin said it appears some wooden pallets caught fire around 3 a.m. Tuesday at Industrial Metal Coating, which is off 18 Mile Road near Mound Road.

Martin said the fire is contained, but firefighters were having a hard time extinguishing it completely.

"The building has a bunch of storage areas that are hard for us to get access to," said Chris Martin.

No injuries were reported.
