David Gorcyca

David Gorcyca was elected in 1996 as Oakland County Prosecutor, and was re-elected to that position in 2000 and 2004 before retiring in 2008 to enter private practice.

While he was Prosecutor, Mr. Gorcyca led an office of more than 100 Assistant Prosecuting Attorneys and oversaw the prosecution of some of the most highly publicized criminal cases in the United States.

Gorcyca is a graduate of Michigan State University and Detroit College of Law.
