Deputies seek man who robbed Pontiac bank Monday morning

Oakland County Sheriff's Office seek man who robbed Flagstar Bank on North Perry Street

PONTIAC, Mich. – Oakland County sheriff's deputies are looking for a man who robbed a Flagstar Bank about 9 a.m. Monday in the 1600 block of North Perry Street in Pontiac.

The sheriff's office says the man walked into the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money. He fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.

It is believed he fled to a vehicle not far from the bank.

The robber is described as a black man about 30 years old, 150 pounds and standing about 5 feet 8 inches. He had some facial hair and was wearing black clothes, a black baseball hat and dark sunglasses. Sheriff's deputies also believe he was wearing a dark wig.

He is shown in a surveillance video from the bank.
