Deputies seek man who robbed Pontiac bank Monday morning

Oakland County Sheriff's Office seek man who robbed Flagstar Bank on North Perry Street

PONTIAC, Mich. - Oakland County sheriff's deputies are looking for a man who robbed a Flagstar Bank about 9 a.m. Monday in the 1600 block of North Perry Street in Pontiac.

The sheriff's office says the man walked into the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money. He fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.

It is believed he fled to a vehicle not far from the bank.

The robber is described as a black man about 30 years old, 150 pounds and standing about 5 feet 8 inches. He had some facial hair and was wearing black clothes, a black baseball hat and dark sunglasses. Sheriff's deputies also believe he was wearing a dark wig.

He is shown in a surveillance video from the bank.

A reward is being offered to anyone with information leading to an arrest. Anyone with information on this robbery or the man shown in the photo is asked to call the Oakland County Sheriff's Office at 248-858-4911 or Crime Stoppers at 800-SPEAK-UP.
