PONTIAC, Mich. – More than one dozen drug cases have been tossed out in Oakland County because of the actions of one deputy.
The member of the Oakland County Sheriff's office discovered a large amount of marijuana in a shipping container at a business in Pontiac. He did not have a search warrant.Â

Prosecutors said the deputy left the scene, got the needed search warrant and went back to seize the drugs. Â
Once it was discovered what the deputy had done, prosecutors tossed out that case, along with 15 other drug cases the deputy was a part of.
He has since been fired.
