DETROIT – It's a critical week for Detroit's bankruptcy trial.
On Monday, there will be a hearing in front of Judge Steven Rhodes. Rhodes will be deciding if the new disclosure statement filed on Friday can be sent to creditors for a vote of the city's plan of adjustment.
