Detroit bomb squad responds to Ford Field after bomb dog sounds alarm

Investigators say pyrotechnics for Saturday's show set bomb dog off

DETROIT – Detroit police, fire and the bomb squad surrounded areas around Ford Field and Comerica Park Friday morning after a bomb-sniffing dog sounded the alarm about something suspicious.

However, investigators told Local 4 that suspicious hit turned out to be a scent or residue from pyrotechnics that were inside Ford Field for Saturday's Taylor Swift concert.
