Park was facing the possibility of more prison time -- 2 or 2 and 1/2 years -- but received less due to his cooperation in the prosecution of Kilpatrick's former aide Derrick Miller.

Park also admitted to paying a bribe to Miller which was shared with Kilpatrick. Park hoped to secure city business.
