DEARBORN, Mich. - Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh has had some more trouble behind the wheel.
Dearborn police said Suh was involved in an accident with another driver -- Stephen Vines -- on an exit ramp at the Southfield Freeway and Rotunda Drive early Thursday morning.16962042
Police said damage was minor and no charged will be filed. They also said alcohol and drugs were not involved.
Suh is facing a lawsuit for injuries suffered by a passenger when he was in a different accident in his hometown of Portland, Oregon, last year.
Saadia Van Winkle was in the back seat of Suh's car when the crash happened in December. Van Winkle is seeking more than $1 million in damages as she claims Suh engaged in reckless driving and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Van Winkle also says she suffered neck and back injuries and a scar above her eye.
Portland police said Suh was driving a 1970 Chevrolet coupe southbound on Third Avenue in a downtown part of the city just after 1 a.m. when he lost control, hit a curb, a light pole, drinking fountain and finally a tree.
Police said the 24-year-old "was not impaired and simply lost control of his vehicle."
In March, he was cited for speeding in Portland, too.
