Detroit mayor to update city's snow removal efforts

City plans to clear more than 2,000 miles of roadway

DETROIT – Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan will update the city's progress on snow and trash removal at a 2 p.m. press conference on Monday.

The city is in the middle of plowing 1880 miles of residential side streets and 660 miles of major roads.

Crews have been working since 11 p.m. Sunday.
