Detroit police: 10-year-old boy found safe with family members

DETROIT – Detroit police said Monday morning a 10-year-old boy who was reported missing Sunday has been found safe with family members.

"Randy Parker Smith, the 10-year-old missing, has been located and is safe. He is staying with family members. Thank you for your assistance in this matter," police said.
