Detroit police search for man in connection with fatal stabbing

DETROIT – Detroit police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 42-year-old Jason Boyce in connection with a fatal stabbing that occurred Saturday afternoon in southwest Detroit.

The incident happened at approximately 12:00 p.m. in the 100 block of Green St.

Police said the suspect allegedly stabbed a 55-year-old man multiple times, killing him.

Boyce is described as a white male, with short brown hair and blue eyes. Police said Boyce should not be approached, as he is considered armed and dangerous.

Police said the suspect may be driving a Red 2002 Chevy Avalanche with license plate # CF01778.
