DETROIT – The Detroit Police Department says that 52-year-old Quincy Hickman has been found safe.
Quincy Hickman went missing after he was last seen at 4 p.m. March 15 at his apartment.

Hickman has been medically diagnosed to have high blood pressure and dementia. Detroit police said his medication was found at his apartment, but his car was not.
