Police are searching for a missing 12-year-old girl who was last seen Thursday night at her home in the 17500 block of Santa Barbara Drive on Detroit's west side.
Azariah Saunders is described as a black female with black hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion. She was last seen wearing a purple Pelle Pelle jacket, black stone-washed jeans and white Nike shoes.
Family members said Azariah left her home without permission at approximately 8 p.m. and has not been heard from since.
Police said Azariah has a medical condition for which she requires medication.
