As the suspects were escaping, the victim pulled alongside their car and tried to get the license plate number, but the man who took the cell phone fired shots.

Neither the victim nor his friend was injured in the incident.

Police are searching for two 25-year-old black men.

Suspect 1 is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds and has a medium brown complexion. He has a mustache and was wearing a neon green shirt and blue Levi pants.
