DETROIT – Detroit police are asking for help in the search for a missing 15-year-old girl.
Sharron Owens has been missing since March 26. Her mother said the teen was back home visiting her at her home in the 7300 block of West Navy Street in Southwest Detroit when she ran away. Her mother fears she could be in danger.

She is described as white, 5 feet 5 inches tall and about 130 pounds. She has darker blond long hair and hazel eyes.
Owens was wearing a gray zip-up sweatshirt with the word “PINK” on it, black leggings and purple Timberland boots.
Police said she was riding a black and pink Schwinn bicycle.
