TAYLOR, Mich. – Last Tuesday, 14-year-old Diamond Williams went missing with a man her family feared she met on Facebook.
Although police have not confirmed that Diamond is home safely, the teen's great Aunt told Local 4 Diamond has been located and is in good condition.

The family says she is currently at Sinai Grace Hospital.
Taylor police say Diamond's went missing after running away from home last Tuesday morning.
The teen's Aunt says it is not yet clear who the teen was with or what took place while she was missing.
