Ferndale development plan ceased

Massive project is planned for downtown, but is right for the city of Ferndale?

FERNDALE, Mich. – Ferndale's City Council has decided not to move forward with a development project which would have added new parking spaces and retail shops in the city's downtown.

Over the past year, the City Council worked with developer "360" on a plan to develop the Withington and West Troy parking lots, along with business and residential space.
