Sept. 24, 2012: Roseanne Marie Stacho charged with retail fraud while on duty as a Rochester Schools bus driver.

ROCHESTER, Mich. – A former Rochester Community Schools bus driver has pleaded guilty to shoplifting from a store while on duty.

Roseanne Stacho pleaded guilty to first degree retail fraud for taking items from the Parisian store in Rochester last month with the school bus parked outside.

Stacho admitted that she pulled off the crime, before she was due to pick up students from school.

Stacho was on probation for an earlier shoplifting conviction when she was caught.

Police said she could spend five years in prison for the latest shoplifting incident.
