FOWLERVILLE, Mich. -

The Fowlerville Police Department and Fowlerville Community School District Administration is investigating an alleged student gun threat circulating throughout the community. The student in question was allegedly going to bring a gun to school on Friday, but the student and his parents have been interviewed by police and school administration and there is no evidence to suggest that the threat is valid.

Police took the threat very seriously, and Fowlerville Officer Soli will station himself at the front of the high school to greet students as they enter on Friday. Another officer has been asked to remain outside and patrol the school grounds.
