French-inspired restaurant in Japan serves dirt

DETROIT – Japan boasts a reputation for high-end dining. But one restaurant is getting down and dirty with their menu.

A French-inspired restaurant in Tokyo called "Ne Quittez Pas" is offering a slew of dishes made with dirt.

A review of the menu by RocketNews24 revealed a potato starch and dirt soup, salad with dirt dressing, dirt risotto with sautéed sea bass and dirt ice cream.

The chef reportedly only uses the finest dirt imported from Sri Lanka and India.

The meal costs about $110.
