EASTPOINTE, Mich. – A person was trapped inside a garbage truck with downed power wires on top of it Tuesday morning in Eastpointe.
The truck had clipped power lines near Kelly Road and Rosetta Avenue. Utility crews had to work to get the truck and its driver free.
No injuries were reported.
