DETROIT – Art&Soul brings to light the many foster children who need a loving home by hanging professional portraits in a gallery.
The goal of the event is to portray the loving personalities of the children who desperately need a place to call home, and to find the families who will give them one.
The event is going on through-out the month of August, and admission is free.
