GREEN OAK TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Green Oak Township police are asking for the public's help in identifying any and all victims in a series of overcharges on credit cards at a restaurant.
The fraud happened at Johnny Carino's Restaurant at the Green Oak Village Place mall, which is located at US-23 and Lee Road.
Police said there have been two cases reported where patrons' credit cards were deliberately overcharged.
estaurant management has reviewed all of the credit card purchases handled by the employee and identified many other transactions that were also fraudulently handled.
Police would like anyone who patronized the restaurant between Feb. 22 and April 19, and who may have been overcharged, to call Officer Alicia Montes. The number is 810-231-9626, ext. 243.
