I-75, I-475 highway closures in effect due to downed power lines

GENESEE COUNTY, Mich. – Crews closed I-75 at several locations last night due to power lines down across the highway in Genesee County. The following areas are expected to remain closed with traffic detoured until late Sunday afternoon. drivers should choose alternate routes when possible.

Closures:

-Northbound and Southbound I-75 at Dort Highway

-Northbound and Southbound I-75 at US-23

-Northbound I-75 at Holly Road

-Southbound I-475 at Hill Road (to facilitate I-75 closures)
