Judge voids reward in Bobby Ferguson sexual harassment case

DETROIT - A judge last month awarded $1.2 million to a former Ferguson employee who charged him with sexual harassment. The judgment came because Ferguson didn't respond to the suit.

He claimed he wasn't properly notified.

On Friday, the Wayne County Circuit Court Judge John Murphy voided the ruling and reward.

No new court dates have been set in the case.
