The trial began Monday with a twist. The Prosecutor's Office filed an order to prevent any potential witnesses from talking to the media due to the ongoing battle between Tucker's uncle Greg Cipriano and the Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper.
Greg Cipriano has been very vocal about his frustration with the prosecutor for not offering the defendants a plea deal in hopes of sparing the family from reliving the horrific night they were attacked in court.
