DETROIT – Kwame Kilpatrick will be back in Detroit for a Thursday court appearance.
The former mayor, his father Bernard Kilpatrick and Bobby Ferguson will appear before Judge Nancy Edmunds for a status conference.
This comes a day after Kwame Kilpatrick argued the court is moving too fast to sentence him and is violating his right to due process.
All three men are set to be sentenced next month.
