DETROIT – A lawsuit has been filed against Greyhound following a crash where 35 people were hurt when the bus they were travelling in to Detroit flipped in Butler County, Ohio.
The accident happened in November.

The driver of the Greyhound bus lost control, the bus left the roadway, hit a tree and rolled into a corn field according to Ohio State Highway Patrol
The lawsuit, filed by attorney Geoffrey Fieger alleges negligence against Greyhound Lines, Inc. It also claims those on board suffered emotional distress.
