Lincoln Park police: Man wanted in connection with kidnapping, rape case

Woman taken at gunpoint by 2 men; 1 caught on surveillance camera at gas station

LINCOLN PARK, Mich. – Lincoln Park police are looking for two men who kidnapped a woman at gunpoint last week and raped her. 

Police said the woman was taken at gunpoint March 30 while she was parked outside a drug store. The men drove around assaulting her until one of the men said he had to be home by 10 p.m. because it was requirement for his tether, police said. 

One of the men was captured on a gas station surveillance camera buying cigarettes during the kidnapping -- police have released the photos of him. 

  • Description No. 1: 22-year-old black man, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt under a blue jacket, jeans, and black shoes that had red trim. 
  • Description No. 2: 19-year-old black man, 6 feet tall, weighing 150 pounds with "hanging braids" for hair. He was wearing a tether, dark blue zipper jacket and black jeans.
