DETROIT – Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy is set to announce her decision in the case of a violent arrest by Inkster police back in January.

Worthy will decide whether the actions seen on this dash cam video warrant criminal charges against the officers involved. We may also learn if the charges against Floyd Dent, the man beaten in the incident, will be dropped.
