DETROIT – Well-known local fashion designer, Mark England has passed away after a battle with cancer.
Born in Detroit, England first hit the scene in 1997, working his way to local and national fame. His designs reached national attention with the gown he designed for television reality star Omarosa for the Academy Awards Show.
