DETROIT – Thieves have been targeting T-Mobile stores all over Metro Detroit, and the robberies have been caught on video.
The crooks have been causing damage and chaos at the stores, leaving people concerned for their own safety.
The group of men make their way inside during business hours. They grab what they can and split. Police think the same group who hit a T-Mobile store Tuesday in Detroit are responsible for robberies in Warren, Oak Park and St. Clair Shores, where surveillance captured them roughing up an employee before taking off with an iPhone 5.
Most of the robberies happen in the early evening hours when the stores are filled with employees and customers.
