Business offers free repairs to homes damaged in Royal Oak explosion

WindowPRO owner offers free installation for windows, doors, siding to homeowners affected by Royal Oak blast

DETROIT – Jake Zahnow, of Birmingham, and owner of WindowPRO, is offering free installation labor for windows, doors and siding to home owners in the affected area where a Royal Oak home exploded on Wednesday.

"Because it is the middle of winter and time is of the essence for those affected by the blast, WindowPRO is offering free installation to any home owner in the blast zone," said Zahnow in a news release.

The assistance is open to affected homeowners in the blast area loosely defined as the area south of Fourteen Mile, west of Greenfield, east of Coolidge and North of 14 Mile. Windows, doors and siding must be purchased between Thursday and March 31, 2013.
