DETROIT – Whole Foods broke ground on its new Detroit store on May 14.
The grocery chain released a 3D rendering of the store on Thursday. Whole Foods said the rendering is a first draft and is subject to change.

The graphic is complete with a view of the planned parking lot in Detroit's Midtown neighborhood.
The Austin, Texas-based retailer plans to open a 20,000-square-foot supermarket with about 75 employees next year. The company began looking at Midtown in 2010.
