DETROIT – Former Detroit police chief Ralph Godbee was forced to retire over an affair with a fellow police officer.
Now, the woman at the center of the scandal, Angelica Robinson, is suing Godbee, claiming he lured her into a sexual relationship.

Robinson told Local 4 she had an affair with Godbee for more than a year. She was very upset to find out about his trip to San Diego with another woman who is not a Detroit Police Department employee.
Her attorney, David Robinson, said there are texts and calls that will prove the chief was unrelenting. Godbee is in the process of a divorce. Angelica Robinson also is married.
