Kittens find home after mother dies in house fire

DETROIT - Five kittens are that were looking for a new home after their mother died in a house fire in Detroit Friday night were taken in by a neighbor Saturday.

The fire department brought the kittens to a neighbor after the house they were living in burned down. A neighbor says that the Humane Society wouldn't take the kittens because they were without their mother.
