What happened:

Police said Holland was behind the wheel of a Chrysler Sebring and was speeding when he blew through a stop sign, lost control, struck a parked car and hit a tree near Wildemere and Thatcher streets.

A 9-month-old boy and a 11-year-old boy remain in critical condition.

A 14-year-old girl, a 19-year-old woman and Holland were also seriously hurt.

Police said it doesn't appear most of the children were wearing seat belts or were in car seats.

Police said alcohol and drugs are not considered factors in the crash, but speed is.
