Woman shot to death in Detroit, search for shooter

Police are looking for Antoine Wilson in the shooting death of a young woman on Detroit's east side

DETROIT – Police are actively searching for a man they say shot his girlfriend to death Saturday on Detroit's east side.

According to police, a verbal altercation took place between Antoine Wilson and the 19-year-old woman at a home in the 3900 block of Garvin Street.

That's when Wilson allegedly produced a gun, and fired several shots. 

The woman was killed.

Antoine Wilson is described as a man in his 20s with a short hair cut and mustache. 

He was last seen wearing a Detroit Tigers baseball cap, a tan Carhartt jacket, tan pants, has the word "AJENA" tattooed on his neck, and is armed with a weapon.
