DETROIT – Former Detroit mayor Kwame Kilpatrick's federal trial will resume Tuesday after Monday's Columbus Day break.
On Friday, the prosecution focused on Kilpatrick's civic fund and accused the former mayor of using money from the fund for his mayoral campaign.

Kilpatrick's defense team argued there was no foul play.
