OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – The man accused of breaking into Kid Rock's Independence Township property, while on crutches, was in court Tuesday.
Brian Keith, 43, was arraigned in 52-2 District Court in Clarkston and given a $75,000 cash bond.

Keith is charged with burglary, attempted home invasion and property destruction after police say he rammed his van into the gate to gain entrance to the property last Wednesday.
