MACOMB, Mich. – A 34-year-old man has been charged for allegedly walking down the street in Mount Clemens and firing off a gun.
The Macomb County Sheriff's Office said deputies were called early Tuesday morning by a caller who described the suspect until police got there.

The man was located, but when confronted, began running across yards and jumping over fences. Eventually, after a foot chase and use of an electronic weapon, the man was arrested.
Using a Sheriff K-9, police were able to locate a .380 caliber Ruger handgun lying on the front lawn of a residence on Hubbard Street.
Deputies found three bullet holes in a van, another in a street sign and the spent cartridges.
The man was arrested and transported to the Macomb County Jail.
A subsequent check of the handgun revealed that it had been reported stolen to the Michigan State Police in June of this year.
The suspect, Joseph Devoy, was arraigned in the 41B District Court of Clinton Township.
He received a $10,000 cash-or-surety bond. Devoy is a 34-year old resident of Clinton Township.

Count 4: Weapons/firearms: Reckless use (Misdemeanor: 90 days and/or $500)
Devoy posted bond and has been released.
