Myron Williams charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana

GROSSE POINTE PARK, Mich. – A 42-year-old man who was taken into custody during an investigation into the murder of a Grosse Pointe Park woman was in court Wednesday for drug charges.

Myron Tyronne Williams, is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana and delivery of marijuana.

Sabrina Gianino, 35, was found dead last Thursday morning in the home she shared with her boyfriend on Wayburn Street.  She had been strangled.

Investigators haven't said what Williams' connection to Gianino's death is, but he's been held since Saturday.

Williams is related to the family who lives in the home next door to the one where Gianino's body was found.

During his arraignment, Williams complained about not being able to shower and said detectives were harassing him because he doesn't want to talk without an attorney.

His bond was set at $250,000.

Williams has a previous criminal history for convictions of drug and burglary charges.

He has a preliminary hearing in a week.
