GROSSE POINTE PARK, Mich. – A spokeswoman for Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy said Sunday that 42-year-old Myron T. Williams will be arraigned Monday in Grosse Pointe Park Municipal Court.
Williams was long suspected in the strangulation of a 35-year-old woman who lived next door to him in suburban Detroit . He's been charged with first-degree murder.
Sebrina Gianino was found slain May 15, and Williams was quickly identified as a person of interest. He was arrested on separate marijuana charges, but they were dismissed Thursday at the prosecutors' request because release of evidence in that case would have interfered with the killing investigation.

It wasn't immediately known if Williams has a lawyer. He's also charged with unarmed robbery.
