WOODHAVEN, Mich. – More than three months after a Trenton man was found strangled to death in his home, murder charges have been brought against a suspect.
Aaron Marshall was arraigned Thursday on charges of first-degree murder and felony murder.

Marshall is accused of killing 65-year-old George Hite in March.
Hite's body was found by a caregiver who had gone to check on him and his bedridden 94-year-old mother -- who police say was in the home for days alone with Hite's body.
Police named Marshall as a person of interest, saying he and Hite were acquaintances. Marshall has also been charged lying to a peace officer in a violent crime investigation.
Marshall was denied bond and will remain in jail until his preliminary hearing in July.
