DETROIT – A man who pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a woman in southwest Detroit is scheduled to be sentenced on Tuesday.
Ali Nasser Alraishi took a plea deal in the case, where he was originally charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping and felony firearm.

He was accused of assaulting a woman May 25 at a location near West End and Barnes streets.
Alraishi pleaded guilty to the CSC charge in exchange for the kidnapping and gun charge being dropped.
1 case dismissed
In June, another case of sexual assault against Alraishi was dismissed.
Alraishi was also accused of attacking a 33-year-old woman near Jefferson Avenue and West End Street. But the case was dismissed when the prosecutor's office said it could not get in touch with the alleged victim.
Suspect could be involved in more attacks, police say
Police say Alraishi suspected of sexually assaulting several woman earlier this year,
However, he's only been convicted in one case.
"He would come to the area, force women into the vehicle and sexually assault them," said Detroit police Sgt. Marvin Jones.
Alriashi was driving a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer at the time of his arrest in the original two cases by undercover officers. They say he was armed at the time of the arrest, too.
Police say all victims described a Middle Eastern man driving a Mercury Mountaineer.
