CANTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. - Canton police say a 41-year-old man was killed Thursday morning in a crash at Canton Center and Hanford roads.
Police said the man was driving southbound on Canton Center when his car crossed the center lane and hit another car that was going northbound.
Police said they think the 41-year-old may have had a medial issue that caused him to lose control of his car.
The driver in the other car was treated on scene by paramedics but wasn't taken to a hospital.
The area was shut down for several hours for the crash investigation.
