DETROIT -

A 27-year-old Detroit man was arraigned on charges Friday in connection to the stabbing and robbery of a 64-year-old man inside a BP gas station in Detroit.

Maurice Abraham is charged with one count each of armed robbery, assault with intent to murder, assault with intent to do great bodily harm and two counts of resisting and obstructing.

Abraham is being held on a $1 million bond. A preliminary examination date has not been set.

The attack was caught on surveillance video. Police also have been seeking to identify two witnesses shown in the video.

Meanwhile, the victim has been recovering at a hospital.
