MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. – A house fire in Madison Heights has claimed the life of a 61-year-old man, the Oakland County Sheriff's Office says.
In a statement about the incident, which happened in the 20000 block of Alden, deputies said the man lived alone in the house and that the fire originated in the utility room. The exact cause of the fire is still being investigated.
